Similar to MB's review on Google, I'm hoping to change management as they have rarely acknowledged texts or emails or official portals for things that need fixing or complaints. I'll echo MB's review, too, in that noise from other units makes it difficult to do basic things. It doesn't happen often, but the music, singing, and rumbling noise from other units end after 4-5am which is obnoxious. We've also now been lied to as management said we were the only ones complaining about the noise when clearly not the case. My wife's inability to sleep without waking up and the apartment not having responded to multiple requests are the reason why I'm typing this. Second, I'll echo everything there. I also noticed a homeless person come in and guards are not there all the time. We are also having an EV issue where a person next to our spot is using our EV charger and will unplug it to charge there. They left a note saying they paid for the charger, but it's actually our charger. Management has not even acknowledged this for over a week. Also the same thing as MB "Trash, boxes, cigarettes, etc. are left unattended for days or weeks before cleaned up, which makes it very inconvenient to throw away my own trash. When these inconveniences or sudden situations arise after business hours, I have no choice but to contact MAINTENANCE afterhours, but they always say someone'll contact me the next day and no one EVER does."
