TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT... If you rent here don't expect to use anything at all. just think of it as shelter ONLY! They advertise 2 pools, 2 work out rooms, volleyball and tennis. Well the other pool and work out room are in a different neighboring complex in which they DO NOT give you keys to. The pool is closed for weeks at a time due to "maintenance or extra cleaning" Nothing works in the work out room. They offer only Cardio machines no weight lifting. All treadmills and elipticals are missing plastic safety pieces or do not work at all. My heat was broken during the december months for 9 DAYS. When questioning the management about when my heat would be fixed they told me I needed to "wait because other people are in worser conditions." When I explained that we had been waiting, I was told that it had only been 2 days so "why was I so upset." When in reality I had been waiting for the week before so it was a whole week and 2 days=9 DAYS TOTAL!!! they have way more units then they can manage, everything is super old so it breaks all the time and then maintenance blames you for the problem. When you tour the model DON'T BELIEVE IT. That unit has never been lived in! the unit you receive will be worn down! our carpet hasn't been replaced in years and same with the counter tops. They are stained with burn marks and everything is old. I CAN NOT WAIT TO MOVE I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

This was not that bad. Unless you ever need to file a complaint or get somehting fixed. I have been there for three years. I am currently moving out. Good luck with that....It is very hard to get out. We are running into problem after problem. Good Luck. ...
