The move-out inspector told me that the house will be brought down for it's life after 4 years and that I do not need to pay for carpet or cleaning yet the lady from the management, Amanda, kept pressing for almost $200 of carpet cleaning and almost $500 blaming me for a stovetop that was leased to me in that bad state, despite several times of explanations with proofs of data and emails back & forth.
