Horrible management, there was a huge delay in work orders and the condition in which the apartment was given to us was unclean with a lot of fixtures yet to be made. They have glitches in appfolio too, you might land on someone else's lease which they apparently take months to fix. The management will try and lure you into continuing their lease with unreasonable deals. They also take more than a month to return your security deposit while also deducting the amount for fixtures they provided with the apartment in the first place. ...
