My experience at Nutwood East was rather pleasant. Being a first time generation student, I was able to study quietly while also having my freedom to have my own parking spot, my access to pools and lounges, and overall it was very clean and felt safe.

Low rent equals low quality people, community, and service. Bugs, no guaranteed parking, excess "inspections", rude leasing agents w/poor communication, noisy complex, repairs never get REPAIRED. When you see Nutwood East Apartments - RUN! I rented from summer '07 through summer '08. ...
