Move in started off pretty bad with them not having our keys ready for move in. So we had to Scramble to get our stuff outside our apartment for when the keys were done. The apartment was dirty and damaged upon move in. The neighbors were cool. But it was hard to get any issues fixed with staff because they dont answer and dont keep their promises. In the end they try to keep a good portion of our security deposit for cleaning despite telling us that if we clean we wont be charged. Not a good experience and lots of roaches. ...

The staff wasn’t responsive, the maintenance took up to 2 weeks to fix problems that you put requests for, and when we were moving out, they told us that our carpet was clean and we wouldn’t get charged for the carpet cleaning fee but they charged us anyways.
