Current Resident

This Apartment complex is perfect if you like a quiet place to be. The apartment units are pretty great at blocking out noise from your neighbors. There isn't always direct sunlight, but there are nice grassy areas to use picnic blankets. Overall rent is a bit steep, but having roommates makes it doable. Utilities are fairly priced, and the maintenance staff are pretty cool. The leasing office staff can be hit or miss in terms of tenant/leasing office relationships, but overall reasonable. It is also within a 5-12 mile range of California Lutheran University and Moorpark college. ...
