It's nice but not what you expect they say disability accessible and kid friendly but their not. Paint comes off walls, screen brakes, blinds are cheap and fall off, the dishwasher don't work and get you sick, neighbors always having music and being loud at night. Management skills sucks the only one that cares and work with you is Nelson thank you. I'm not the only one with a dog on my floor and they always call to say it's my dog I take him out at certain times. Like right now 2 neighbors have loud music playing. Can't even have my family from out of town and I kinda feel violated. Other than that nice community just need some major touch ups waterbugs in house from outside ...

The location of the apartment is okay, it's in mission valley, but I must say this is the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. It takes forever to fix stuff that has been broken. For example the water sprinklers were spraying my car at night, it took them 2 months to fix it, and it recently broke again and they still haven't fixed it. They have no security in this apartment complex, my vehicle was stolen there twice. This is not a one time ordeal, LOTS of other tennants have had their vehicles stolen here, and the apartment have done almost nothing to help alleviate the problem. The apartments are also VERY dirty, I have personally seen vomit in the elevator several times, not to mention the hallways smell like garbage, because there are trash shoots on every floor, and the room for the trash shoots are not cleaned. The elevator also feels like a death trap. It is shaky, and makes sounds all the time, and sometimes even takes you to the wrong floor. I have personally lived here for 5 long years, because I simply like the location, but as soon as my girl get a job as a nurse, I will be out of here. I rented from fall '02 through spring '07. ...
