Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an apartment. The landlord and handyman are in no way professional. We have constant leaking and plumbing issues that never get fixed properly. There have been multiple break in’s because the locks never work. The laundry room has been broken into so has the garage rooms. The landlord is in no way professional. She’s very rude, she’s always causing problems and never properly communicates with her tenants. STAY AWAY! DO NOT RENT! ...

One word… slumlord! There is absolutely no reason for someone to rent a unit from this building. There is always plumbing issues. No repairs will ever be made, if you ask for a repairs be ready to have a rent increase right away. The landlord is a pathological liar, they will lie about everything to get her way. She uses her old age for people to feel sorry for her. She harasses tenants. She shares other tenants private information with the entire building. She acts friendly in the beginning but than her true colors come out. She has no business running a building. Oh and an added bonus she loves to sue her tenants for everything. No one lasts a long time here. Stay away from this building. ...

I am a former tenant. I was trying to find a place to write my review about this apartment. No one stayed in this apartment over a year. Landlord is extremely noisy. She doesn't respect anyone. And either she evict the tenants or they leave on their own. Landlords actions drive everyone crazy, she thinks she can control everyone. And God forbid you speak up, she threatens you by calling section 8 or imagination. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT. STAY AWAY and help yourself. ...

I've lived in this building and I want to say do not rent this apartment. Landlord is out of control. She harass every tenant, every day. She doesn't keep the apartment safe or clean, but she gets involved in tenants life's. I was evicted for no reason. And I've heard so many tenant got evicted as well. After a year when lease ends, she starts harassing tenets so much that they leave. There is one tenet that helps the landlord to evict tenets that they don't like. I've witnessed everything. I do not recommend this building at all. ...
