Despite the enticing exterior of the building, Northpoint's Manager Cynthia is less than desirable. She ignores requests for help, somehow loses security footage, is ok with lit cigarette butts burning holes in the carpet in a non-smoking building, etc..gives out 350.00$ fines for leaving misdirected mail for other residents or throwing your trash out "wrong". It's possible she pockets the money and the money that is supposed to be spent on maintenance. There is something going on with that woman that is illegal. If you're ok with stepping in phlegm in your stairway or piss in the elevator, or being surrounded by second hand smoke and the fear of the building burning down with your stuff and pets in it, then Northpoint is for you.
