After a day of uninspired locations despite my screening, I arrived at the Alton. Right away, I was impressed by the staff. In the middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic and limited by Social Distancing, he was exceptionally accommodating and provide a key that allowed me to view each of the apartments in which I had an interest. The layout of the flats was economical and efficient with the provided space with roomy closets space. The common internal areas were fantastic, the outdoor pool area looked brand new, and the rooftop lounge is where you wanted to be on a summer night. The Alton is a pet-friendly complex with a fully-functional pet spa on the 4th floor. The Alton has so many amenities. It looks rather like a high-end hotel than an apartment complex. There isn't a better place in all of Orange County to live, and you can consider yourself fortunate if you selected the Alton as your home. ...
