Worst Apartment & Manager in the Universe The manager of these apartments is the rudest woman I have ever met. The apartments may have low rent but for the service you receive it is WAY over charged! The apartments are very small and continually have mold. When you place a call to the office they are never in and you get the answering service. The answering service never knows how to help or what to do. When you leave a message with them the manager never gets it. When you actually do get ahold of the manager (RARE), she is rude and never lets you talk. The entire time I have lived here (2 years 4 months) I have put in about 10 work orders. 2 of them have been filled. When I requested a copy of my lease from the manager her response was "I already gave that to u". LIE. I had never asked for a copy. When I asked for her manager she said NO! and that if I had a complaint about her that I would just have to deal with it! WTF? The managing company is Sire Enterprises, LTD. (I finally found this information online - By the grace of God) I am going to be sending a very long and nasty complaint to the managing company and letting them know that the manager is extremely rude and is the #1 reason why the apartments are so empty! I pay $1150 for a SMALL two bedroom that is very run down. The bathtub has 3 different types of tile, the caulking has been gone for over 2 years, the towel bar has been off the wall since 2 weeks after I moved in and MOLD grows at such a fast rate that I have to mop my ceiling every month! There is no ventilation in the bathroom. The windows get covered in mold and the base board heaters have never worked. There is a laundry facility on site but the washers and dryers are always broke and you never get a refund for the money you spend. When they do work your clothes come out dirtier than they went in because they use recycled water for the first wash. EW. The only plus is the maintenance guy. He is great. The few times he has come out he has been pleasant and fixed the problem at hand! I rented from winter '04 through winter '07. ...
