Illegal evictions and harrasment they specialize in that. They are rich and they have a high price lawyer who stalks and harrasses you to stress you into moving. They believe their rent is low so tenants should keep expectations of cleanliness and noise nuisance low. Marsha “the hag manager” believes “you get what you pay for” and that’s the negative attitude she projects when you meet her ugly face. The building is falling apart around us! They are breaking laws and retaliating against us for lodging complaints about the lack of grounds maintenance, trash, dog feces, and dead plants that were once beautiful to walk left by the previous owner who apparently really cared for the building. All the folks of color, original tenants have or are moving out in protest, we are the last. Don't rent from them ever if you want a peaceful, clean, safe, respectful environment.
