The Facts: They "False" advertise on their signs outside. I have been her for 4 years, and for four years it has been the same.(Luckily only to sleep, two jobs and all) -"Free Gas & Water"---- Yeah thats a perk, but don't be surprised when they shut it off unexpectedly... no warning or nothing...better keep a case of bottled water just in case. -"Gym"-----CLOSED, No reason given. -"Pool"----CLOSED, manager opens it when she feels like opening it.(about 1 or 2 days a week...off days, never Sat or Sun) -"Rec Room"----Closed, used for managers personal storage and her religious gatherings. -"Intercom"----Broke, Since I moved in!...not a big problem If all your friends and family live there with you, but otherwise a problem. -"Safety"---- Cameras all over the building...but I hope nothing happens to you or your property because she will NOT cooperate with you or the police! -"Parking"---- 1 stall per unit but be careful because somebody likes to key the cars in there. -"Office Staff" NONE! Can't ever find her. -"Office Hours"- NONE! Can't ever find her. -"Telephone Calls"---- If your interesting in renting, expect a quick call back, other than that, you will NOT recieve a call back.....ever! -"Condition"----Holy crap, I've never seen so many roaches!
