1. The owners and management are dishonest and never respond to problems. Lots of unfulfilled promises to repair and address problems. The business practice and dealings reminded me of slum lords. 2. There was a major Roach and Ant infestation. 3. Small cramped parking spaces that is right off of a very busy street (Arden Way). There's no guest parking. The tenent parking lot is ungated. Tenents and non-tenents would park in your reserved parking spot. Car theft and vandalism hsppened frequently. 4. Very noisy due to Arden Way's traffic, loud tenents and a night club next door. 5. The pool was dirty pool. There's no club house or weight room or jacuzzi. 6. The whole inside of the apartment was dirty, old and out-dated upon moving into it. The carpet was really old, dirty and stained when I first moved in there. There was lots of kitchen cabinet and counter damage. The toilet did not work properly. The water was cloudy and tasted strange. Signs of water damage and mold. The apartment had poor insulation and was not weather sealed. There was a major draft coming from the front door. Water leaked from ceiling. The apartment had a moldy smell upon moving in despite my deep cleaning and use of air fresheners. ...

it was the worst place ever dont live here there was like mold underneatch my carpet from the toilet flooding the manager made me use my own towels to clean it up it is just overall ridiculous
