Sundance is trying to sell the properties, so you'll find that any deposit you put down will NOT be refunded, despite returning the apartment better than you receive it. You'll find roving groups of teens that will break into your cars regularly, to which, management will not concern themselves. The two women in the office, you will find to be extremely abrasive and unhelpful, unless you owe them anything or if it's in their interest to get money from you in any way. BE CAREFUL with them, especially the redhead. Repairs will not be done timely, nor completely repaired. Oh, and don't think you won't get charged for this. This one is definitely a location you should consider only if you are unable to rent anywhere else, or if you do not care about the quality of your stay, don't care about your children, like despotic management, prefer your money not going into facility care, or ever would like to get your money back. I rented from winter '06 through winter '08. ...
