Let's start by saying this place is slowly falling apart. The owners are unstable and unpredictable. The apartments are presented as they will be given. If you see dust, it will not be cleaned. If the water isn't working and they say it will be ready upon move in, don't expect it to be. There are no benefits to living at this establishment aside from the location, which is pretty nice. However, the owners have developed such poor relationships with tenants (present and past) that they are forced to engage in communistic behavior with everyone. They're absolutely sneaky and useless. It's a shame because this place has potential with the location. I wish it would have worked out but they're really only in it to screw people over. Do not waste your time and money.
