terrible place. Owner unresponsive. Property management horrible. I had serious safety issues and they ignored me. Walls super thin, can hear everything in the building. Most tenants moved out during pandemic.

Do not move here dear god! The walls are basically cardboard. You can literally hear every single one of your neighbors convos. Amore is awful, read all the review on Google about 940. About 80% of apartment is empty now, majority of the residents moved out because of paper thin walls, horrible management, and giant water leaks that destroyed some of the Guerrero side units. There’s probably 15 vacant units out of 20 here now, Literally 8+ units have moved out in the last year! There’s a reason why we all moved out... you can literally hear your neighbors pee in the toilet! Amore is a horrible management company they could give a rats a$$ about any of the tenants ...
