I love living here because it is so close to campus. I can literally wake up 5 minutes before class and be on time for my classes (it borders the east side of campus). Parking my car is never a problem, tons of parking spaces. They are renovating a lot of the units and making improvements all the time. Out of all the 1 bedrooms my parents and I searched for, this place was the most affordable. I think they are still offering 1/2 off 1st months rent too! I rented from winter '08 through fall '09. ...
