The experience that I had here was good. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I enjoyed that the apartment is just over the red bridge at Sac State, so it was an easy walk to campus. The apartments I had was in good condition so I can't complain.

I like living here because it’s close to campus and there’s a lot of street parking for when i have visitors. i lived in student housing before and parking was always a problem for both me and my guest.
