Chestnut & Hedding Apartments is terrible. Very noisy, & out of control. The landlords; Zanet & her husband are very dishonest. Don't trust them. I rented from fall '03 through spring '05.

This place is bad!!! No assigned parking no matter how much you gripe about visitors taking up all the spaces. Too many kids running around. Some tenants blast their music at all hours of the day. Roaches are the icing on the cake. I rented from fall '05 through fall '06. ...
