Avoid!!!!!! I have rented in numerous places over the years, and this place is by far the worst. They will raise your rent the full 8% every year, regardless of the market value. The walls are paper-thin so you hear everything the neighbors do, and the landlord will do nothing about noise complaints. The walkways and parking lots are always dirty - trash and nails.
