BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES!!!!! I lived at this property for over a year, but had to move out when my neighbor across the courtyard told me she had bedbugs. She went to the management, who told her they would have her unit treated at a cost of $800.00 to the resident. She had to remove ALL of her furniture and buy everything new. Her unit was treated, but never re-treated or even checked, as she was told was going to be done. The bedbugs came back, and I MOVED THE HECK OUT!!! This property is NOT child friendly, as children are NOT allowed to run or walk on the grass, and treated as a nuisance. Also, the management is less than considerate. I do know there was another very BIG issue with cockroaches in one of the buildings, not just a single unit. So, BEDBUGS AND COCKROACHES!!!!! There was a manager for a while who really cared about everyone there, but she disappeared one day from the office, and I never saw her again.I would NOT recommend renting at this property. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
