This is the cheapest rent in the area...and still a great place to live. My wife and I lived here for almost a year. Only complaint was community laundry...clothes would have a hint of smoke smell from other residents. Otherwise a great place to live. Very quiet. I rented from summer '06 through spring '07. ...
