The property is being ran by a slum lord who also owns other properties around the city including night clubs like the cat club. They keep their clubs nice and clean and yet this particular location and others are bug & mouse infested ran down and over priced. Not to mention there property manager is a terrible manager and person. He thrives on drama and will try to fight you and yell in your face over any issues. I highly recommend looking else where. Btw there much cheaper studio apartments in better neighborhoods in San Francisco that have full kitchens. This place doesn’t even have a kitchen. ...
