Same as the other person listed the manager will blame you for something you never did . Saying well they said you said it . I will never talk to the manager again about any issue . There non stop noise either non stop construction or drunk neighbors playing loud music . Went 4 or 5 days no hot water they didn't credit any of that rent . They better be careful before they get sued . No wonder no one doesn't stay more then a year be careful they pretend to be all nice but they are not at all they signal out people at this location . ...

The worst experience comes from the so-called "apartment manager" Thomas. You will.be humiliated, yelled at and falsely accused of something you have never done if you ever complain about smoking in the apartment..smoke has been.literally all over our unit from downstairs bathroom window. And we saw.someone smoking. Also mentioned we have to call police if this continues. Instead of working on the issue, this "apartment manager" called and simply yelled at me. Then he sent false accusation to my phone, after that he blocked my number. This is 100% retaliation, harassment and discrimination against us as tenants. We contacted Merri who is in charge of this property who has been nothing but support to us. Very attentive to my concerns and properly manages the situation. ...
