Very nice complex. Pets are allowed. Parking is assigned so no worries about where to park. Grounds are well kept. The gym on site is good as are the onsite pool and tennis court. The neighborhood itself is very nice for jogging, walking, etc... Lots of shops like Walmart, Vons, and Frys nearby. Management is pretty quick to fix issues and friendly. Only real issues are no visitor parking though there is visitor parking on the street, and several residents don't pick up after their dogs. I rented from spring 10 through spring 11. ...
