Dirty around and roach-infested! It should be a temporary place to stay at the most. It is a dump! The manager was combative and worthless many times! The building is very old. People have argued and fought! There is no outside way to contact someone by the locked front door. Outside people got in the building and used the restroom and the shower areas. There was lots of filth in those areas. No one did anything about the commotion. People would be using drugs and hanging out that did not live there. They were laying around outside and inside. The water was off a lot. The place has been roach infested! I would not stay here long! ...
