DO NOT BE AN IDIOT, IF YOU PAY a dime over $1700.00 ON THIS PLACE YOU ARE A FOOL. Believe me I was one of them. Gut instinct told me something was up during initial walk thru and I didn't listen. The best thing you could do for yourself would be to stay away, far far away from this nightmare or you will be kicking yourself for not taking heed of my advice. This is the single worst management company I have ever come across in my years of living in Los Angeles and why any owner would hire them is beyond me. You want to watch a nice building deteriorate into a dump then move in here as you will find out for your self. Most unprofessional approach to operating a business, from staff to workers hired. Bunch of crooks and scam artists running that building and the owner doesn't seem to care about the revolving door of tenants. You can polish a turd as much as you want, yet its still just a turd! ...
