Meridian Pointe is a well gated apartment complex that’s is unexpectedly affordable and very easy to apply! They work well with students who are trying to build a credit! Not only do you get a renovated/ updated apartment but you also receive a free spot parking! They also provide residents with a gym, study rooms, pool and a personal theater! It’s even much closer to campus than the actual dorms at Csun! It’s a no brainer to have chosen Meridian Pointe! ...

The place is pretty small, and you pay way too much for the space. The apartment is right across from campus and you get one parking pass. This is bad if you have a roommate and the lack of street parking. You hear everything and have a noise curfew at 10 PM. The apartment had roaches. The complex has a lot of amenities, but it's not worth the rent pricing. Staff is nice and helpful though. ...
