So far BLVD63 has been pretty great inside the gates. Super clean and the apartments are a great size. However the surrounding area outside the gates is alittle sketchy and I dont always feel very safe.

The management is hostile and unforgiving when it comes to interacting with them. They have come into my apartment with no prior acknowledgment and locked my door without my consent. They act like they can do nothing illegal with their residents.

Overall, it wasn't the greatest, but they make it seem like it's this amazing place to live when in reality, the office staff are very uncommunicative, emails and phone calls are barely responded to, and many of the residents themselves are quite rowdy. BLVD claims to be safe because they have security guards, when in reality, they barely do anything even when you do call them, gate doors are constantly breaking or malfunctioning, allowing homeless people to enter the property.
