I've lived her for for over 2yrs. This place is nice to look at but the Rental office staff is not willing to fix any problem that comes up. They always have an excuse of why something has not gotten fixed. You have to call numerous time to get anything fixed. When the maintainence man does finally come, he knocks at the same time walk right in you your place. He doesnt give you a minute to even come open the door. hopefully your dressed because he will just walk in anyways no matter what. He is really rude, unprofessional. there is no assigned parking here. You have to make sure you are home early every day(prior to 10p) even on the weekends or you will find no parking. you will have to park your car 1-2 blocks away in the residential area. The office staff changes on a bi-monthly basis, no one ever stay there so you never get to talk to the same person. The office staff gives you less then a 24 hr notice when wanting to enter your apartment. I've been told they have been trying to sell this complex for a long time. The rent is so ridiculous, you can own a home for less then what they ask here. make sure this is really where you want to live.. you can go down a mile and pay half the rent.
