The neighbors upstairs can get really loud and at times, there will be people trying to open our main doors. The staff are somewhat helpful, however, when it comes to rent fees, they will add additional charges and make mistakes.

The main positive about 13th and Olive is simply the price. Everything else that they provide could be improved. For example, on move in day the apartment my friends and I moved into was not clean at all because 1 resident renewed his lease to stay in the same apartment. We were simply unlucky to get this apartment and had to clean it ourselves on move in day. This is unacceptable. ...

It is very much a college apartment so be prepared for lots of noise. It is great if you know your roommates and get along well, but if you ever have any problems with roommates especially those that they match with you you are on your own.
