please make sure to make sure they actually did cleaning in the apartment, check A/C unit that it functions correctly along with all the other appliances. and take pics of any damage you see there before moving in so you will not be blamed for stains, holes or anything broken ...

They are friendly but a bit unorganized. They respond late to complaints and the maintenance in the apartments could be better. The pricing is good and the outside and pool are ok and I would recommend.
