The University Village has been of great blessing towards my life and it is the main reason in which the school year has gone so smooth. i love the environment and atmosphere that is shown which brings comfort as well as peace.

It was not too far from campus and had a stop for the campus shuttle, and a walk-able distance to the Farm store. Residential Parking was very limited. It was a good distance from a plaza with good restaurants.

Honestly I feel like its a bit overpriced considering its student housing. The staff here makes me feel weird because they never understand me. However each person gets their own room and bathroom which I love and it comes fully furnished. The provide internet which is good right now with covid and all. ...

The apartments were so well maintained and spacious. The community within the apartment complex were always so nice and it was always safe to be within the building. This is a great starting apartment to anyone that is new to living on their own.

The facility has a lot of roaches. They’re by the trash shouted, in the rooms, by the pools. Maintenance also takes awhile to get back to you, and many of the rooms aren’t in the best condition. You do get your own private room though.

I lived in University Village for 2 years; Junior and Senior year while attending school at Azusa Pacific University. I really loved the more adult-feel of the apartment lay-out and feeling safe knowing we were gated in.

I was a commuter my entire first year at Cal Poly Pomona. I would drive every day about an hour to and from school, which did not allow me to be as involved as I wanted to be at our University. Since I moved to the University Village I finally feel like I'm part of a community. They make a bunch of fun programs for the residents and it's fun meeting people here. Most people are open-minded and friendly here. Only thing I would criticize is that you can't really have big parties on property, but it's understandable considering this is a College Dorm. Still, there's more freedom from what I heard than at the Suites, because you get to have an apartment with your roommates. ...
