If you sign up through Ruthie Ocampo (the on site manager) it's a terrible experience - the price is great for the area but subletting can be found for much cheaper, and if you sublet a room you can still choose your roommates - stay away from this apartment as management will often times refuse to pay for fixes and is generally terrible at responding as well as addressing problems. ...
