This is a nice apartment located only 3 blocks from campus and 3 blocks from downtown. The floors and walls are thin, so I know more about my upstairs neighbors than I ever wanted to. This apartment is also located near the railroad depot, so trains can be heard throughout the day and night. You do get used to this, though. Great neighborhood, you only need to take heed of the occasional homeless person. I live in a one-bedroom apartment and it serves my needs well.
