I live on the ground floor at 900 Factory Student Housing. On this floor we have concrete floors and walls. The floors above us have normal painted walls and wood flooring (we pay the same price). The concrete makes it pretty cold. Our windows face the
grounds outside and noise levels get really high at night making it hard to sleep. At this time, school is mostly online. When I first moved here, the WIFI was terrible and never worked. Now it is better but we still receive rough spots from time to time.

Although I have only been living at The Factory for a short time, I have really enjoyed it! The rooms are plenty spacious and I have all the amenities I could need. The staff is very friendly and they were very helpful in the process of acquiring my
lease. Overall 900 Factory Student Housing is a great place to live in my opinion.

The reasons why living in the Factory is terrible is because it is a terrible place to live. Cement floors. Cement cealings. Loud as all hell. Just an overall terrible place to live. Do not live here.

At the beginning of my stay at the Factory, I absolutely loved it. The pool was fun, the rooms were nice, and the parking garage was great. However, as the year progressed, it wasn't hard to notice that the Factory was lacking in routine maintenance and
cleaning. Garbage accumulated in the parking garage and elevators. Lights would go out in the hallway constantly, and the highly touted bowling alley didn't work once the entire year I spent at the Factory. A lot of the student athletes stay at the Factory and they tend to be rowdy and indifferent to other people. Overall, it started off great, but it quickly went downhill because there wasn't enough staff to keep up with the college kids inhabiting the place.

I initially wanted to live on campus my freshman year but have enjoyed my experience at the factory this semester. The apartment is in walking distance of the school and has a great social environment to meet other students.

It's not as expensive and pertains to be pretty fair with residents. Neighbors have a lot of immature college students and can be noisy, but the Factory isn't really responsible for others' actions. The rooms are pretty nice, shared and private and the
kitchens are very much well done. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, so it's easier to bring sheets.

I really like the factory. The hot tub in the main yard is really nice and a great way to meet people! Sometimes it can get pretty loud but that is expected in any college housing. Another really nice thing about living in the factory is that it is new,
so everything still looks really nice.

Living at the Factory has been fun. There’s a lot cool amenities such as a two tiered hot tub and a game room. It’s also really close to campus and there’s a bus stop right outside the building. The only problems with living at the Factory is that
there’s no guest parking, and there has been a lot of problems with the WiFi.
