The parking at Aero on 24th is terrible. They give you an option to purchase a parking decal, but in the event that you opt out of paying for one, you will struggle for more than 20 minutes trying to find general or visitor's parking. If your building is
near the main road, you can constantly hear cars drive by, especially the cars that make loud noises or play loud music. The walls are very thin from room to room and there's pretty much no privacy when you want to talk on the phone in your room.

The walls are very thin and you will be able to hear everything all your room mates are doing. Also, parking is a nightmare! I have literally had to park a mile away before and walk home at night because there wasn't a single parking spot available. It
can be kind of difficult to talk to management on occasion too. My roommates and I tried multiple times to send in a noise complaint for stomping upstairs (our neighbors stomped so hard the Wifi box fell out of the ceiling), but no one ever helped us. Other than this, the buildings are brand new and really nice, so that's a plus. And, the pool is really pretty and the grounds are very well kept. If noise isn't a big concern for you, its not too bad.

Aero on 24th was a great place to live. The prices were affordable and the staff are very accomodating. It is a bit far from campus, but everything is very beautiful and worth the commute. Parking situation could be better, but from what I have heard
they have improved it.

It is a very nice area to live in! There are a lot of nice people. Also, they have a lot of stores around in walking distance that is super convenient. It's close to the University of Florida campus as well which is really nice.

I love living at Aero. Parking is awful, but it's a nice and safe apartment. Management is amazing and maintenance is quick. There are not enough parking spaces for residents, but Aero has said they will resolve this issue next year.
