Mostly enjoyable. I have lived in this apartment for three years now. The only real issue i have found this year currently is the noise level and neighbors. The CA is working very dilligently to resolve this. My first year there was an issue with ants and a broken refrigerator. i am happy to say the refrigrartor situation has never happened again.
