I like living here even though I have had some issues with the maintenance staff. the office girls are wonderful but maint is horrible at finishing and returning when they tell me they will. they are always ordering parts, say they will be back and never return. I waited 2 weeks for my mail key when I moved in. Flo and Tanya work well as a team but they r always battling with tenants over maintenance issues. e everytime I go in I see a tenant that is upset with maint. they need a change in this dept. overall I like it here though. I have only been here 4 mos but signed a year lease. will see how it goes. ...

been here a long time! the asst mgr Flo is the best at what she does! she is always working it seems! she has such a happy smile and is so warm and friendly, I could listen to her all day. she makes sure to follow up if I need something and always calls me back...I just love her! thx Flo, u r awesome! ...
