After living in a dorm, I decided to switch to an apartment. I would say overall it is very safe since it is gated and the staff are really helpful. It is also a walking distance onto campus making it a great off campus apartment.

I had a great time living at Campus Edge! The apartments were so close to campus and modern. I lived on the 4th floor and we had a nice view. Sometimes, the elevator was broken but maintenance fixed it as soon as possible.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Campus Edge. They have an amazing staff that is quick to answer questions and help with the overall experience. The atmosphere is just overall friendly and enjoyable.

The apartments carpets were DISGUSTING. The day I moved in my room was so dusty and dirty, sink/tub was gross. Baseboards had stuff all over them, scuffs and oil marks on walls. The carpet turned your feet black in the matter of minutes. The stair well was rarely cleaned, puke lines the stairs for months on a couple of different occasions, too over priced for what you get. Didn’t tell us where to park when my parents helped move me in (there wasn’t any street parking) so we got towed and had to pay $600 for both of our cars. Had a roommate steal a $300 mini-fridge from me but told me she left it in her room when she had moved suddenly, her door was locked and they refused to let me in to see if she left it or not, they finally went in months later and she did actually steal it. The gate didn’t work half of the time, and pool was almost never open. Toilet always stopped up for no reason and would become stagnant because maintenance wouldn’t come for days sometimes. All around really poor management. ...

I am currently in my second year of living here and I enjoy it a lot. The apartment is in a great location and the amenities are very nice, though a lot of the gym equipment was not working the last time I went. I like the floor plan layout. The only issue I have had is with the noise complaint policy. In the lease it says people only get so many warnings before they get a fine, but we have brought the noise level of our downstairs neighbors to the office's attention several times without much improvement. ...

The maintenance is not the best and some of the neighbors are very noisy. When I first moved in the place was not even clean and there was tape left behind after they did poor paint jobs. I do not like the almost could have been pillow top.
