Maintenance requests aren't addressed for weeks even months. I have had multiple maintenance issues and every time I submit a request I have no hope for it to be acknowledged. Also, the one time they came and fixed something they didn't wear a mask, and its COVID times! ...

I would say that it is Not the best place if you enjoy peace and quiet. There is always so much noise during the weekends. It’s a nice place if you are okay with loud music and people constantly making a noise!
