My experience with this complex has been horrible. Recently I have had an encounter with the staff regarding a terrible termite problem. For the last couple of days in May of 2021 termites have been entering our apartment. The staff literally told me
"They are in mine also so you will have to deal with them until we can call someone." They did not inform me when the situation would be solve or anything to calm my nerves. The only good thing about the neighborhood is the two maintenance men. They are the only ones who hurry to try to fix a problem that we have and they are the only ones on the staff team that I appreciate.

The only good thing is the maintenance, and that is because they are quick to come fix a situation. The apartments are outdated and have a fair bug problem. The staff is very lazy and do not care to bring someone out to fix the bug problem.

It was very convenient since the location was right on campus. They had the jag tran stop by the front so you are able to get quick and easy transportation to class. Only problem is that the people in charge of running it were not what you would like.
I had mold in my apartment and asked to switch and they required me to pay a fee to switch rooms only to get a new apartment with almost everything broken such as my front and bedroom door, stove, lights and more. I kept calling to have work orders for my apartment but nobody came to fix it up.

This apartment complex is my first home away from home. some of the best things about Central House are that it is practically on school grounds, it is gated, it is furnished, and it is affordable. when I visited it the staff was very nice and helpful,
which made my decision to live there very easy.

They are very helpful and the most important part it is not expensive. It is practically on campus and you are close to downtown mobile and all the hangout places. it is a gated community. they have an amazing lounge area, study area, and pool.

I enjoy living at central house on stadium! Itβs close enough to campus to still feel involved but far enough away to have that sense of freedom. You get your moneyβs worth and then some with the quality of living spaces and amenities. The only downfall
is that although it is advertised as a gated complex, gates are rarely ever closed or locked.
