At Chelsea Place the place is mostly quiet but there are times when the other residents can be loud. The apartment layout is actually one of the things I like because it is pretty spacious. The area that it is located is also not bad and there are great amenities. Overall I think it’s a nice place to live while in college. ...

When you walk into the main office at Chelsea Place, you are typically greeted with bright smiles and sincere attitudes. When you walk into your apartment, you feel confident in knowing that all maintenance requests are listened to and taken seriously. Other "bonuses" include: three pools, a renovated work-out center, a duck pond surrounded by a track, a playground / volleyball court, and ample parking. It is centrally located and only five minutes driving-distance from the MTSU campus. To be certain, you'll want to always lock your doors (apartments and cars), but that's common knowledge no matter where you live. After considering the exorbitant rates charged at most other complexes, you will conclude that yes, you are getting your money's worth. I rented from spring '06 through winter '08. ...

They have huge roaches,Plumbing problems, and the office people are rude and don't care I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
