CoLab is the experience of living in a campus dormitory, except off-campus. Since it is newly built the facility is quite nice and runs efficiently but the residents create a far from an appealing atmosphere. The access to the campus is ideal and being located right downtown the neighborhood has the risks and benefits associated with downtown living. If one was looking for a more "adult" living atmosphere, CoLab residents will not provide it. ...
