Current Resident

Very old building. The old-fashioned steam radiator heaters are very loud but reasonably effective. No fan/vent in the bathroom or kitchen. I'm on the ground floor right next to the road and there's a bus stop outside plus a fire station, so it's very loud. It's right off campus and it's the only student-associated housing where you're allowed to live with non-students (only your legal spouse or children though, so that's still annoying) ...
