So, There are two apartments here, a basement and an upstairs. With 6 people upstairs, and 6 people downstairs, parking sucks with one drive way (fitting 3 cars only) Leaving the other people to park on the street. The other problem is getting those cars out of the drive way. The upstairs is pretty good for what you pay. Washer and Dryer, it has good AC, two bathrooms for 3 shared bedrooms. My roommates signed up for the basement without telling me very much about it besides it was good. I met with the landlord secretary, and was told that the basement had really good ventilation but was never told that there was NO air conditioning. Yes, the basement does have a washer and dryer, a really good sized kitchen for a single student apartment, blah blah blah, but when you are sitting in the basement and its 80 degrees and you literally have no relief, and you email the land lord or secretary and they say go to HOME DEPOT to fix it yourself. ...... thats quality service. If you ever even consider risking living here, live upstairs. Its so much nicer, and you pay the same price. Its literally $10 more upstairs MAYBE than in the basement. The basement sucks and they just wanted it full. Both apartments do have good washers and dryers, but without an AC unit, plan on sweating a lot. ... a looooooototototoototot. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...
