I must admit that there was a lack of management on-site which resulted in partying permitted on the floors. I doubt other residents filed a complaint about it because it was every other week or monthly occurrence. The main issue would be the elevators being inactive every now and then and at the end of my stay, there was an issue with the key fobs when entering the premise. For the cost of around $1,000, I would say it's an exceptional deal for living in West Campus. You get your own room and bathroom and the rooms are way more spacious than other apartments I've researched. I highly recommend trying to secure one of the S.M.A.R.T housing spots if applicable! If you enjoy a nice view, I suggest writing that down in your preferences and they will accommodate. I have grown attached to this apartment and I am glad that I chose this over a dorm, especially in the times of the pandemic. They also offer a student meal plan that can help you adjust to college life. The computer rooms, gym room, and pool area are nice and sufficient in providing what you need. Their roommate matching service resulted in me meeting some of the greatest people ever. Overall, living in this apartment complex has been an amazing experience and definitely incorporated healthy walks into my life. I lived on the side of the building next to a Co-Op. They were really loud sometimes and stayed up partying until 5 am some nights. I had to call the police twice. Every time there was a maintenance issue, we had to call the office of a different apartment because Crest at Pearl does not actually have an office.
