The best thing about Dinnaken is the location and maintenance. Its located right at stadium village so going to class, work, and getting food was small walk of 15 minutes or less. Plus the apartment had lot to offer for the students with indoor gym,
studying rooms, and a parking lot. Overall, I loved my time there.

I've loved living here. It's cozy, not too expensive but still close to campus, has good restaurants around, and easy access to public transportation. My only HUGE complaint is that this year the wifi has been terrible. We've called in about it multiple
times and still, it's bad. I'll recommend it, but only because they have to get their wifi problem under control sometime... right?

It's not the nicest of all apartments but the pricing is decent in comparison to many other apartments near campus. The location is close to east bank campus, the light rail, and bus stops. It's a pretty quiet area.

I enjoyed living at Dinnaken properties. The only reason I moved out was because of some of their leasing policies that forces everyone in the building to leave and take all their belongings with them then come back the next academic year. Iβm one of the
majority of people who donβt like to move anytime.
Overall, it was a great experience living in a very nice apartment with a lot of amenities such as study room, onsite management 24/7, convenient location, fitness room, laundry room each floor, affordable rent and many others!

Dinnaken is the best apartment if you want something cheap and close to campus. It is on Washington Avenue so if you face the street, it can be quite loud with the light rail. Overall, it is comfortable and affordable.
